Our cancellation conditions:

• up to 30 days before arrival cancel free of charge
• from 30 days to 8 days before arrival 70 %.
• within the last 7 days 100 %, this also applies in case of no-show, later arrival or earlier departure.

If an arrival is not possible due to the following points, a cancellation or rebooking is possible free of charge!

• Border closures (entry and exit ban)
• Travel warning for the region of St. Anton am Arlberg or Tyrol
• A stay in our region followed by a government quarantine order
• Due to Covid19 the complete cable car operation or our operation has to be closed down

In case of a rebooking, the prices will be adjusted to the given seasonal times!

Should you fall ill with Covid-19, test positive or have to enter an imposed personal quarantine, these are your own risks which you could cover with travel insurance. Please inform yourself about this in advance. You can also find more information here: European Travel Insurance
